At Daperden, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
Refund Process
We offer a 7-day return policy. Refunds for returned items can be processed in the following ways:

Store Credits: Choose to receive your refund as store credit, which will be added to your Daperden account and can be used toward future purchases.

Bank Account Refund: Prefer a direct refund? You can opt to have the amount refunded directly to your bank account for added convenience.
Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after the item has been picked up and inspected.

Once approved, the refund will be credited to your selected method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.

⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as our production begins shortly after order confirmation due to the custom nature of our garments.
